Had lunch today with my coworkers in front of the shrine in Omotesando, we bought Subway sandwiches and I tried their new “Sour Pork” sandwich(don’t say “ewww!” just yet, it was pretty tasty). Last month, Subway offered a seafood sandwich covered in squid tenticles and shrimp, yay! Nothing terribly exciting happened today either, I went for a bike ride after work which was nice, since it’s been raining these past few days. I love my bike, but I have to get used to the parking system in Japan. There are usually free parking spots around my neighborhood, but if you want to park near the station, you need to pay about a $1.50 for the day. When I got home this evening, I played a few rounds of “Super Metroid” on my new(used) Super Famicom. Maybe I’ll do something interesting this weekend…
