Nintendo DS Observed

wow!
Today I made my way over to Odaiba for the new episode of Design Festa and to meet my friends Rob, Lizzie, Masa, and Masa’s friend Hideo. Masa, Rob and I got there early and noticed another event taking place in the same complex, Nintendo’s Gameboy DS show. We walked over and were let in for free, so we decided to have a look. Walking through a giant glowing purple portal, we entered into a giant arena sporting huge DS balloons, posters and screens. Pretty girls walked around with the DS, offering it to people to try out. Rob wanted one of us to ask the girls for a round with the new game machine, but they were all too busy with the swarms of children running around. I think the three of us looked pretty sad being the only giant foreigners walking around inside with our cameras. I got a decent shot of the DS playing some FMV, it looked interesting. I didn’t get to see the unveiling of the Sony PSP, so I have nothing to compare it to just yet. I’m sure it will be expensive though. I’ll buy it when no one’s looking. :)
