Matzo Ball Soup

This one’s for Grandma and Grandpa. Just so you know I’m eating well here, I’m posting a photo of the Matzo Ball Soup I made for dinner the other night. It should last me another night, seeing as the pot wasn’t too large, but it sure tastes good.

Oh, and that’s one of my most favorite spoons in the whole world.
