We had a little house party/Christmas party this evening and invited a few friends over. Most of my friends are on vacation, so only Vitaly was able to make it(he’s sitting to my left in the photo). As usual, Waki and I cooked up a storm. Waki made a big ratatouille and a bowl of guacamole(via Alexa’s fantastic recipe). I made sauteed duck and two roast chickens along with a big bowl of mashed potatoes. Everyone had a great time and we drank lots of wine and champagne. Our apartment is really cozy and warm in the winter, and everyone look comfortable sitting on our nice big couch enjoying the view of Tokyo Tower.
